Baby & Mom Care
All services depend on caregiver availability, client location, and medical requirements.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:
Required client information is provided
A service schedule is agreed upon
Advance payment (if applicable) is completed
Respite Care reserves the right to accept or decline service requests.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Accepted methods: Bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, Cash, and Online Payment.
Service must be paid in advance or as per agreed schedule.
5. Caregiver Assignment
We aim to assign caregivers based on your requirements.
However, we may:
Replace caregivers due to health issues, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts
Send an alternate caregiver when needed
No service guarantee is based on caregiver gender, specific person, or looks.
6. Safety & Responsibilities
Respite Care is responsible for:
Background screening of caregivers
Basic training and skill verification
Maintaining professional conduct
Clients are responsible for:
Providing a safe home environment
Supplying required medical items, tools, and medication
Treating caregivers respectfully
7. Limitation of Liability
Respite Care is not responsible for:
Any pre-existing medical condition deterioration
Accidents due to unsafe home conditions
Loss/damage of personal property unless proven intentional
8. Service Cancellation
We may cancel a service for:
Safety concerns
False information
Non-payment
Misbehavior with our caregivers
9. Intellectual Property
All website text, images, graphics, and branding belong to Respite Care.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
