Payment Policy – Respite Care
At Respite Care, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent payment experience for all our clients. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, billing guidelines, and terms related to service payments.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through the following methods:
✔ Bank Transfer
Clients may pay directly to our officially designated bank account.
Bank details will be shared by our support team during service confirmation.
✔ Mobile Banking
We accept mobile banking payments through popular services such as:

Nagad
Rocket
(Details will be provided after booking.)
Please ensure you send a screenshot or transaction ID as proof of payment.
✔ Cash on Delivery (COD)
Clients may pay in cash at the time of:
caregiver arrival, or monthly billing collection
depending on service type.
2. Advance Payment Requirements
For daily or hourly services, full payment must be made in advance or on the same day of service.
For monthly caregiving services, a minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm booking.
Advance payments ensure service reservation, caregiver scheduling, and administrative arrangements.
3. Payment Confirmation
A digital or physical receipt will be issued after payment is received.
Clients must keep proof of payment (transaction ID, deposit slip, or receipt) for future reference.
4. Late Payment Policy
Monthly service payments must be cleared within 3 days of the due date.
Delayed payments may affect service continuity until dues are settled.
5. Refunds & Adjustments
Refunds, if applicable, follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Adjustments for service changes, schedule modifications, or caregiver replacement will be discussed directly with the client.
