You may cancel a service:
24 hours before service start → Full refund
Less than 24 hours → 50% deduction
After caregiver arrives → No refund
2. Prepaid Packages
Refund is allowed only for unused days/hours.
3. When Refund Is Not Applicable
Miscommunication of patient condition
Caregiver mistreatment
Unsafe home environment
Changing requirements without notice
